Six nights in a Deluxe King Room were delightful, with a stunning beachfront lined with clean, well-maintained deck chairs perfect for sunrise views. The breakfast buffet truly impressed, and I appreciated the friendly, attentive service, including a thoughtful birthday cake surprise. However, the room cleaning wasn’t as thorough as expected, the wi-fi connection was inconsistent, and some common areas could use a refresh.

We loved the beautiful pools and lovely gardens, which were perfect for our family time. Exploring the nearby beach was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options every morning. One morning, they even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our early tour.

My kids wished there were more activities poolside for families. It would certainly keep them engaged while we relax a bit more.

Woke up to colorful flowers blooming just outside our balcony. The staff's warm hospitality made each meal feel special, and the beach was just steps away.

Unfortunately, the shower could use some updates, with water splashes escaping due to the lack of a proper door. Some damp smells lingered, too.

Spent 3 nights in this cozy spot with my partner. The beachside location was perfect and super chill. Staff were always smiling and super helpful. Meals were tasty at the retro restaurant, even if breakfast could've been a bit better. One bummer was that the adults-only pool didn't feel enforced. Overall, a fab stay!

We enjoyed our stay with a super comfy king-sized bed and great access to the beach. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a delightful spread. Make sure to try the local spa for affordable massages! Friendly staff made our experience even more memorable.

Comfortable room, great location, with direct beach access for relaxing moments on the sand as well as a clean, refreshing pool to cool off in after a day of exploring the area and enjoying the local sights, all while being conveniently located just 15 km from the airport.

Nothing I didn't like.

The Mercure features a fantastic location with beautiful beachfront access and tropical gardens. The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient, making my business trip seamless. The meeting rooms are well-equipped with modern audio-visual technology, and the business center was a great asset for my work needs. Dining options were abundant, with fixed-price themed dinners and excellent buffet breakfasts catering to various dietary preferences.

Some areas in the hotel, particularly the bathrooms, could use modernization.
